1. Booking and Contact
1.1. For scheduling appointments, please contact the assistant – Anastazja Truszczynska.
1.2. A booking is confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of 500 PLN.
2. Changes and Cancellations
2.1. Rescheduling is possible no later than 10 business days before the planned session.
2.2. A session may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the appointment.
2.3. In case of cancellation after this period, the full session fee (100%) applies.
3. Number of Participants
3.1. The session fee depends on the number of participants booked.
3.2. If fewer participants attend on the day of the session than originally agreed, the fee remains based on the initial booking.
4. Duration of the Session
4.1. The session takes place during the agreed hours.
4.2. Participant delays do not extend the session and may affect the number of photos taken.
5. Photos and Additional Options
5.1. Final, edited photographs are delivered within 20 business days from the session date.
5.2. Express photo editing within 5 business days is available at an additional cost of 300 PLN.
5.3. First, the participant receives the edited photos in the number specified in the agreement.
5.4. Afterwards, a link to a gallery with raw photos is provided – these are protected by copyright and must not be downloaded, copied, or screenshotted.
5.5. The participant may select additional frames from the gallery and purchase them at a rate of 50 PLN each.
6. Payments
6.1. The full session fee must be paid on the day of the session.
6.2. An invoice without VAT is issued.
7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
7.1. Personal data (name, surname, contact details, image) is processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the photo session.
7.2. Data is not shared with third parties and is protected in accordance with applicable law.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Participation in the session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
